Provides access to polls and surveys from various sources. An independent, nonpartisan resource on trends in American public opinion. Much of the content is freely available, and subscribers have additional access. (UCD does not subscribe).

The data collections provided by the IGA Library & Data Archive are licensed for campus access. LexisNexis Academic is a comprehensive source for news resources of all kinds - newspapers, wire services, television and radio transcripts. Many of the resources do polling. Poll data from Gallup is also included. To get to the Gallup polls, from the front page > Search the News > then select "Source Title" and type in "gallup". Enter the keywords or terms to search in the "search for" box.

The Field Poll was established in 1947 as The California Poll by Mervin Field and has operated continuously as an independent, non-partisan, media-sponsored public opinion news service. the website for the Public Opinion Analysis sector of the European Commission. The European Commission has been monitoring the evolution of public opinion in the Member States, thus helping the preparation of texts, decision-making and the evaluation of its work.
Latin American Public Opinion Project (LAPOP) (http://www.lapopsurveys.org/)
The Latin American Public Opinion Project (LAPOP), hosted at Vanderbilt University, links to over 60 academic studies based on survey research conducted mainly in Latin America. The LAPOP surveys analyze citizen views on topics that range from system support and political tolerance, to citizen participation, local government, corruption, and views on authoritarianism. To date surveys have been conducted and are now being archived for: Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela as well as for Madagascar, Israel and Albania.

WorldPublicOpinion.org is an international collaborative project whose aim is to give voice to public opinion around the world on international issues. WorldPublicOpinion.org was initiated by and is managed by the Program on International Policy Attitudes at the University of Maryland. The website draws together data from a wide variety of sources from around the world.
