Omnivore's Dilemma: What do we read next?
Building on the 2006 Campus Community Book Project featuring Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma, the exhibit currently on display in the Peter J. Shields Library lobby showcases books available in the Library that provide opportunities for further reading. The UC Davis University Library has first rate collections in food production and preparation as well as food in culture and society. The books featured in the exhibit are just a few examples of the richness of the Library's collections. We invite the campus community to explore issues raised in The Omnivore's Dilemma by considering other related materials from our library holdings.
For additional information about the collections or this exhibit, please contact Biological/Agricultural Sciences Librarian Axel Borg, 530-752-6176 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
