Introduction
If folders appear to be missing in your Outlook Express, here is the process to reveal them.
Instructions

Open Outlook Express and click on Tools > IMAP Folders

Click Reset List
-
You should see your IMAP Folders
-
Highlight ALL IMAP Folders and click on Show

Click OK to close the window and you should have all your folders back
