Professor of Nutrition at the University of California, Davis (1976-2007). Schneeman also served as Chair of the Department of Nutrition (1988-1993), Dean of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (1993-1999), and Associate Vice Provost for University Research (2001-2004).

Description

Materials related to Schneeman's teaching at UC Davis in the Department of Nutrition; her service as Chair of the Department of Nutrition and of Dean of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; and her work as Assistant Administrator for Nutrition in the Agricultural Research Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The collection also includes a small set of photographs.
