Cite While You Write
Introduction
Cite While You Write (also known as CWYW) is an EndNote plug-in that allows you to access your EndNote library from within Microsoft Word to insert citations into your Word documents and build bibliographies. You can insert citations into any location in your Word document, at anytime during the writing process. In addition to citations, CWYW allows you to insert images (figures) from your EndNote library into your Word document.
Note: In order to use CWYW with Microsoft Word, you need to have EndNote installed on your computer, in addition to Microsoft Word 2000, XP, 2003 or 2007. To have access to the EndNote submenu in Microsoft Word, install EndNote after you install Microsoft Word. Otherwise the submenu will not appear.

- In your Word document, position your cursor in the exact location where you want to insert an in-text citation.
-
From the Tools menu (in Microsoft Word), highlight
EndNote and select Find Citation(s).
The Find Citations dialog box will appear.

Use the dialog box to search for specific citations in your EndNote library
by keyword. Select one or more citations and click
